  • Use the Templates to keep your costs updated and then make copies every month (new worksheets as well as paper copies to use for manual product counts)
  • From your manual counting sheets you complete, enter each item's inventory count into the new worksheet you created above
  • The spreadsheet will automatically calculate the item extensions (count unit times unit price) and total all items by category as well as calculating a grand total for all Food items and Beverage Items
  • Calculate the change in inventory from the prior period and make an adjusting entry into your accounting system to provide accurate Cost of Goods Sold numbers for each month of operation.
